What is the management of Myxoedema coma?
- IV thyroid replacement
- IV fluid
- IV corticosteroids (until the possibility of coexisting adrenal insufficiency has been excluded)
- electrolyte imbalance correction
- sometimes rewarming
What is the prognosis of Myxoedema coma?
high mortality
