About Me
Hi there! I’m Chris, I studied Medicine at Swansea University and I'm currently an Emergency Medicine trainee in South Wales. Before I entered medicine, I worked as a programmer, which sparked my interest in technology's role in education.
As a medical student, I struggled to find a study system that was efficient and effective in retaining information long-term. After discovering the power of spaced repetition, I decided to create a solution that would work for me and others like me. That’s how this platform was born!
I started working on it during my time as a medical student and then revamped it to help me score high marks in the MRSA exam. Now, it's my mission to share this tool with you to optimize your learning experience, helping you study smarter, not harder.
How the Site Works
The platform leverages Spaced Repetition and the most efficient algoithms to maximize your learning with the least amount of effort. Here’s how it works:
High yeild flashcards: The flashcards are writen to maximise the amount of relevant information, while not overloading you with too much to learn each time.
Spaced Repetition: We use an intelligent algorithm to time your review sessions. Information is reviewed just before you’re likely to forget it, ensuring better retention and understanding with minimal study time.
Syllabi: To try to minimise the amount you are learning at a time the content is organised into syllabi so you study just the content for your current exam without the system forgetting your progress with your previously studied materials in case you need to learn it again in the future.
This way, you’ll learn more efficiently, avoid burnout, and always feel confident in your preparation.
